Ideas for your Thanksgiving feast

It’s hard to believe Thanksgiving is only days away. We love celebrating the holiday and we wanted to share our traditions with you.

Thanksgiving is a special day to spend with family and close friends giving thanks for all our blessings. Around here we’re all about family and entertaining. Whether you already have traditions in place or you’re just starting your family traditions we’ve got some décor and food ideas to share.

THE DÉCOR: We know you can’t eat the décor but to us it sure makes everything taste better. Setting the table for guests shouldn’t be a chore but instead an occasion to have fun with decorating. Make little festive place cards to take the guess work and stress out of where to sit.

THE FOOD: At our house the turkey is the star of our Thanksgiving meal. For years we’ve enjoyed a classic menu of roasted turkey, stuffing, potatoes and gravy, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce and pies for dessert.

Shake up your thanksgiving dinner and try a deep fried turkey; trust us it is moist without being greasy.
